I am not satisfied with the service of mshopitalia because my order never arrived, I paid 42.72 euros on 12/02/2023, I paid 14.70 for the post office and 28.02 euros for the price of the item, which was due to arrive on December 20 the product... I'm home this December on vacation and no one knocked on my door...

Cliente assente alla consegn da parte del corriere, il sistema BRT invia un giorno prima della consegn l'orario previsto per la consegna, ma non si è fatto trovare a casa e il pacco è rientrato al mittente, abbiamo addebitato il costo del reso come è giusto che sia. Il cliente è tenuto a monitorare la spedizione e in questo caso a rispondere ai messaggi via sms e mail per accordarsi con il corriere BRt sulla consegna, ma nulla di tutto questo ha fatto. E' stato solo bravo e veloce per feedback.
